How do I get garb?
Garb (our costumes) are a fun part of the game and can really look great. There are three ways to get garb:
- Make it yourself - If you know how to sew, you can make your own garb. If you don't know how to sew, you can learn!
- Get someone to make it for you - Find someone at your local group who makes garb and beg, barter or buy some garb.
- Purchase some - There are many places online that sell
garb. Also, the Georgia Renaissance Festival will have lots of
different garb for sale when its going on.
Garb can be as simple as a basic tabard or tunic, or as fancy as you
want. Have fun putting your garb together. There are many
ways to enhance your garb: use heraldry (your own, your parks, or a
company or household you belong too), add special class flair (think
barbarian, wizard, etc), etc.
